To register a new user to your online ordering account, please log into your account and head to the 'My Account' section. The link to the my account section can be found in the top right hand corner of your ordering portal.
At the bottom of the 'My Account' screen, you will find a link to register a new user. Please click the link to access the relevent form.
You will then be asked to provide details about yourself and the new user you would like to give account access. Once the form has been submitted, basic details including your account number and company name will be checked against the information we already hold for your business. If any information does not match, we will be unable to proceed with the new customer set up.
If the details you submitted pass our checks, we will proceed with setting up your new user, and email you to confirm when the new user is active.
Please note, if you are setting up a user who needs to place orders for more than one delivery address, we may need to contact you to confirm the exact set up you require.
