Introduction To Multi Outlet

If your business has multiple outlets then we can link them together allowing you to switch between accounts to place orders and view statements.

Standard Setup

One outlet will be nominated as the ‘Head Office’ account and payments for all outlets will be visible on the Head Office statement.

Users can be setup against the Head Office account and either have access to all or a selection of sub accounts.

Some users, where desired, can be setup for one sub account only without having access to any others.

Example Account

Here is an example of a Multi Outlet setup, showing the account numbers and names for each outlet:

EXAMPLE0000 - Head Office

EXAMPLE0001 - Outlet 1

EXAMPLE0002 - Outlet 2

EXAMPLE0003 - Outlet 3

The business owner will be setup against the Head Office account, and will have the ability to switch between every outlet. They will also be able to see the statement and invoices for all sub accounts.

A bar manager will be setup at Outlet 1 and have no access to any other outlet. They will have the ability to place orders and see invoices for Outlet 1 only.

You can have as many users setup as you like with access to your Head Office account or sub accounts.

Your Account Setup

When first registering for an online account, and indicating to us that you have more than one outlet, we should have configured your account accordingly upon first setup. However should your business have changed, or you don’t think your account has been setup quite right, please submit a ticket.

Alternative Setup & Customisation

The above example is the standard setup which suits the majority of business owners. However should this not meet your needs we may have other options and customisations that we can apply to your account in order to make your experience as efficient as possible.
