Head Office User: Consolidated Satatement

As a Head Office user you can track and download three months of outstanding invoices, payments and credit notes for any delivery points you have access to. 


To find this feature, head to the ‘My Account’ section, then go to ‘Statement Of Account'. 




On the 'Statement of Account' page, use the search filters at the top of the screen to search for a specific statement record. 


Click on the 'Account' filter to display a list of the delivery points you can access. 


To view the records for a specific delivery point, select the delivery point from the drop down then click 'Go'. 

To view the records for all the delivery points you are able to access, select 'All' from the drop down then click 'Go'. 


Once you have found the relevent record, click the 'download copy' button to download an invoice or credit PDF to your computer.
