As a Head Office user you can build and share order pads with the sub accounts you manage. This means if you have multiple venues that order the same products then you only need to create an order pad once, and then simply sync it with your venues (sub accounts).

Sync An Order Pad
To sync an order pad first make sure you are logged in as the Head Office account. If not then click the 'Return to Head Office' option in the top right corner of the screen.
Navigate to the My Account screen and then 'Order Pad Management'. Select the order pad you wish to sync. Check the boxes next to the sub accounts you would like to share this order pad with, then click 'Sync Now'.
You can now switch to one of your sub accounts and the order pad you synced will now be available in the 'My Saved Order Pad' section of the sub account.
