Create A New Order Pad

Order Pads are a feature which allow you to build unique shopping lists for future use. To create a new order pad, head to 'Order Pad Management' in the ‘My Account’ section.

Note: Not all accounts will have access to Order Pad Management depending on your contract agreement, if you do not have this option then please use your Contract Price list to order instead. To find out more click here.

Select 'New' from the dropdown list then click 'select pad'. 

On the next screen you will be asked to name your new order pad, then click 'Create New Order Pad'.

Once your order pad has been set up, you can begin adding products to the pad. Begin typing a product code or name into the search bar. When the product you want to add appears in the pop-up, click on it then the add button to include at the top of your list. 

Use the move product function to drag the product where you want it to appear.

The items you add will be saved automatically. So once you have finished adding products to your order pad, you can simply navigate away. 

Import A New Order Pad

An alternative way to create an order pad is to import a spreadsheet of products. To do this, click 'Download template csv'. 

Fill in the spreadsheet template provided with the order pad name you require and the product codes you would like to add. The finished template should look something like this:

Save the excel spreadsheet as a CSV document. 

Saved Order Pads

To retrieve a list of order pads that you have created, simply to 'My Saved Order Pads. Find me from the ‘My Account’ and ‘Quick Links’ sections.

Select the order pad you would like to use or amend from the dropdown list, then click 'select pad'.

Once you have landed on the order pad, you can choose to edit the order pad by clicking the 'Edit Order Pad' button. 

Or add items from the order pad to your basket by using the filter to select what catagory of products you would like to view and add. Once the selection has loaded, simply enter quantities against the required items and click 'Add To Order'.

Please note: If you choose to filter by all catagories, please be aware the order pad may take slightly longer to load
