If you have available offers then you will see a 'Promotions' option in the top menu bar.
Click the Promotions link to see all current offers. The Promotions page can be filtered by Type or Category. Click 'View Offer' next to a promotion to view its details and start redeeming.
Products on offer are also highlighted with offer icons on category pages, search pages, order pads and the favourites list.
If you have added an item to your basket that is currently on offer, but you haven’t redeemed the promotion, you will be prompted to claim the offer when visiting the basket page.
Please note this prompt will only show once. If you decline the offer but later change your mind then you will need to remove the relevant products and add them to your basket again to be able to claim the offer.We recommend redeeming offers via the Promotions page where you will easily be able to read the full details and terms of the promotions, ensure you add the correct number of qualifying products to your basket, and claim any and all free products where applicable.
