Getting Started Guide

The LWC online ordering portal offers a way to browse products, place orders and manage your account 24/7, with a host of features to make your experience as efficient as possible. Add products to your basket and checkout to place an order, it's just that simple. Here’s an overview to get you started, with links to more indepth guides on the key features.

Multiple Outlets

If you place orders for multiple delivery outlets then you will be prompted to select an outlet upon logging in. You will then see the stock available at the LWC depot which serves that outlet when browsing our product range. Switch to a different outlet at any time by selecting “Switch to a linked account” from the My Account page.

Top Navigation Bar

This will be displayed on every page and provides quick access to key areas of the site. Your account number for the outlet you are currently logged in as will always be visible in the top left corner, along with the remaining time to order for next day delivery.

 

 




Products

Use the top menu or search bar to browse products, and use the left hand filter on the category page to narrow your search. You can add products to your favourites by clicking the heart icon on the category or products pages. Products that are in stock can be added to your basket for purchase.

Promotions

If you have promotions available then you will be able to access these by clicking ‘Promotions’ in the top menu. Select a promotion to view, follow the on screen instructions to add qualifying products to your basket and claim free items. Any applicable discounts will be shown in the basket prior to checkout.

Navigate to the Quick Links page from the top right corner of the screen to access useful areas of the website quickly. On this page:

  1. Contact Us: the best way to get help with your online account.
  2. Quick Order Pad: quickly add items to your basket using product codes or import a CSV file.
  3. Useful tools: view your previous orders, favourite orders, saved baskets, and more.
  4. Company Order Pads: your Contract Items order pad will contain all products that you have an agreed price for. You can create your own order pads (list of products to order from) which will show here.
  5. Account Details: Key information about your account.

My Account

Manage your account from this page, accessible from the top right corner of the screen. On this page:

  1. Statement of Account: View your recent invoices and payments.
  2. Pay My Invoices: Select invoices to pay off via credit/debit card.
  3. Switch to a linked account: If you have multiple delivery outlets then you will have this option to switch to a different account.

Placing an Order

Once you have added products to your basket you can click on the basket icon in the top right corner to view your basket. There are options at the bottom of the page to save the basket as an Order Pad, Save For Later, or Clear Basket.

Once you are happy with your basket then simply follow these steps:

  1. Select a delivery date and click Proceed To Checkout.
  2. Select a payment method.
  3. Check the delivery address details and enter any necessary delivery instructions.
  4. Agree to the terms and conditions and click Review Your Order.
  5. Check your order details and click Confirm Your Order.
  6. You will be emailed an order confirmation email.
