Register For Online Ordering

Before using online ordering, you will need to have an active LWC account. 


If you do not have an active LWC account, please complete this form to apply for a trade account. Once you have completed and submitted the form, the details you registered will be sent to the relevant customer service/account management team. We’ll get back in touch within a few days to find out more about your business, and how we may be able to help. 


If you are an existing LWC customer and would like to access online ordering and account management features, please complete this form to register for online ordering


Once you have submitted the form the details you registered will be matched with the details we already hold for your business, which should take a maximum of two working days. When this is done, we will send you an email with details of how to set your password and login. Once you have logged in to the portal, you can place an order straight away. 


Please note, if you have requested a more complex account set up which includes multiple users or delivery locations, we may contact you again to find out more information.
