Most settings are set as default when your account/user is originally setup. However we do have the ability to switch off some settings in your account. If you would like any of the following settings/access changing for a particular user then please submit a ticket and include the users email address that needs amending.
Credit Limits
By default and where applicable, all users can see the credit limit on your account at the top of every page. However we understand that some business owners may deem this as sensitive information that they do not want visible to all their online users. We can hide the credit limit on a user-by-user basis if desired.
Statements & Invoices
By default all users can view the statement and invoices for the outlets they have access to. However some users may only be placing orders and not get involved with the finances of the business. If a user should not have access to statements or invoices then we can switch this off for you.
Guest Only Account
Some users, for example accounts teams, may only want to be able to view statements and invoices but not have the ability to place orders. In this instance we can set their user to be a ‘Guest Only Account’. This allow them to navigate the website, view statements and invoices, but will be unable to add any products to the basket.
Submit a ticket to notify us if you would like any of these settings changing for your online users.
