Paying For An Order: Cash Account

Depending on the type of account you have with us, you will see a range of payment options when placing your order online. If you have a cash account, you will see the following options:



Pay by Debit/Credit Card: Pay online for your order as it is placed using a Visa or MasterCard.


On the first screen of the checkout, you will be show your payment options. Choose the button displaying multiple card providers to pay by debit/credit card.



On the next screen, review your name, contact information and delivery address details.


If your delivery address is different from your billing address, find the section of the form entitled 'Is the above address the same as the cardholder address' and toggle to 'no'.  Fill in the additional cardholder fields that are now available.


When you're happy with the information you have entered, accept the terms and conditions then click proceed to payment.

On the next screen, you will have the opportunity to have one last check of all the information you have entered, before clicking 'confirm your order'.


Enter your card details on the final screen of the checkout, then click 'pay now' to submit your order.





Cash on Delivery: Payment for your order will be taken when the delivery is made.


On the first screen of the checkout, you will be show your payment options. Choose the 'cash on delivery' button to place a cash on delivery order. 


On the next screen, review your name, contact information and delivery address details. When you've completed all necessary fields, accept the terms and conditions then click proceed to payment. 


 You will have the opportunity to have one last check of all the information you have entered on the checkout summary page.


When you're happy, click 'confirm your order' to submit.


Please note: The payment for your cash on delivery order will be taken when your order is delivered. As our drivers do not currently carry card machines, this will need to be made in cash. If this isnt possible, depending on the date and time of your delivery you may be able to make a payment via the telesales team. 

 

If the payment is unable to be taken at the time of delivery, we will be unable to deliver the goods to your venue.
