Placing An Order

Once you have added products to your basket, click on the basket icon to review your order, then 'view basket' to progress to the checkout. 

There are three steps to the checkout process. You can see what stage of the checkout you have reached by the numbered indicators shown at the top of the checkout pages.

STEP 1: REVIEW YOUR ORDER

Here you can check the products, prices and quantities of the products you have added to your order. 

At this point, you will also need to select your preferred delivery date; simply click on the calendar icon to open up the delivery calendar. Dates shown in green are your scheduled delivery dates. Dates shown in yellow are off schedule delivery days. You can select an off schedule day if necessary, but please be aware that off schedule delivery requests will need to be reviewed by our team, who will check availability and contact you to confirm acceptance of your order for delivery on the selected date or arrange an alternative delivery day if necessary. 

You can also add short order reference of up to 50 charachters in the Purchase Order Reference box.

When you are happy with the details on this page, click 'Proceed To Checkout'

STEP 2 & 3: PAYMENT/ADDRESS INFO

Here, you can pick the payment method for the order you are placing. More information on this can be found in the ‘Payments’ section of the manual.

If you’re choosing to add this order to your credit account balance or pay cash on delivery, tick the box to confirm you have read and accepted the terms and conditions of sale. Click ‘review your order’. You will now be taken to the last page of the checkout, where you have a final opportunity to review your order. When you’re happy, click ‘Confirm Your Order’ to submit. 

If you’re If you are paying online via credit or debit card, review your contact details, delivery address and cardholder details. Tick the box to confirm you have read and accepted the terms and conditions of sale, then click ‘Proceed To Payment’.  You will now be taken to the last page of the checkout, where you have a final opportunity to review your order before paying. Enter your card details into the credit card shaped box on the next screen, then click ‘Pay Now’.

Your order will now be sent to the relevant LWC depot for processing.
