Quick Order Pad

If you have a list of products that you want to order and you know the product codes, use this feature to quickly add these items to your basket. 

To find this, go to the Welcome Back page by clicking Quick Links in the top right corner of every screen. You will see a section called 'Quick Order Pad'.

If you are only adding a small number of products, simply type in the product codes and quantities you would like to add to your basket, then click the Add to Basket button. 

If you have a large number of products to order then click on the CSV Upload button.

This feature allows you to copy/paste many product codes and quantities at once, or upload a CSV file.

Copy and paste codes and quantities into the box ensuring there is one code per row, and the quantity separated with a comma. For example:
33161147,1
33161159,12

32071150,5

Once done simply click the Add to Basket button. If you already have items in your basket then these will be added in addition to what you already have in there.

Alternatively, you can populate the box using a CSV file upload.

In Excel, populate column A with product codes and column B with quantities. See below example:

Once you've filled out your Excel file, go to File>Save As and save as a 'CSV (Comma delimited)' file.

On the CSV Upload Order Form click the 'Choose A File' button and select the file you just saved. The codes and quantities will be added into the box. Click the Add to Basket button to add all the products into your basket.
